Delivery Options

As I’m sure you know, having got this far into our site.  Castors (or Casters for our American friends), and wheels for that matter are, in the grand scheme of things reasonably small items (though there are some exceptions). This means that we can ship all over the world!  If it can go in a box, we can ship it!
However we do ask that those wanting international shipping, please drop us an email and let us know where you would like it shipping to, and we will quote for the shipping cost separately.  The email address is This email address is being protected from spambots. In the UK, orders before 14:00pm can be despatched for next day delivery

2-3 day service £7 on boxes (multiple)
Next Day Delivery £9 on boxes
2-3 day service on Pallet £30 (Per pallet)
Next Day Delivery on Pallets £50
Orders over £500 carriage FOC (2-3 day delivery)

You can also organise a scheduled delivery for your wheels and castors.  We found that a lot of our customers like to receive orders once ever time period.  This can be:
•    Weekly
•    Fortnightly
•    Monthly
•    By-monthly
•    Quarterly
Or if you want something more bespoke, just let us know.
This way you don’t have to replicate your order on the website, you let us know how often you would like to receive your order, and we will bill you on despatch.
You can organise this with our team, if you would like credit terms (30 days) we will need a bit more information from you so please give us a call.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% processing and re-stocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
